The 4th Court of Appeals recently overturned a summary judgment granted to the defendants in a legal malpractice suit, in which the plaintiff alleges they delayed and nonsuited her personal-injury case without approval.

On Aug. 10, San Antonio’s 4th Court wrote in Dove v. Graham, et al. that it was “not persuaded” with the defendants’ argument that Brenda Dove could not prove the alleged legal malpractice caused her harm.
