Five firms moved from the second hundred onto The Am Law 100 this year. Three of them – Boies, Schiller & Flexner; Crowell & Moring; and Husch Blackwell Sanders – appear on the list for the first time. Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell makes it first appearance since the merger of the two Am Law 100 firms that created the entity in 2007. And Haynes and Boone is back on the list after four years off.

Gross revenue is rounded to the nearest $500,000. Profits per partner, revenue per lawyer, and compensation – all partners are rounded to the nearest $5,000.
