In a deal that becomes official Monday, Cozen O'Connor will gobble up most of the lawyers from Fischbein Badillo Wagner Harding in New York -- giving the firm two Manhattan offices, doubling its size there, and raising its total number of attorneys to more than 530. Client conflicts prevent all 45 of Fischbein Badillo's lawyers from switching, but longtime Fischbein Badillo partner Richard Fischbein, who will join Cozen, says that if those conflicts subside, the others could come aboard as well.
