After solidifying its Delaware Court of Chancery practice with some recent lateral hires, Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott is now focused on expanding its civil litigation footprint in the state with the addition of Mark L. Reardon’s team to its Wilmington office.

Reardon’s group joins Eckert Seamans from Elzufon Austin Reardon Tarlov & Mondell, a Wilmington firm, which changed its name to Elzufon Austin Tarlov & Mondell upon his departure. At Elzufon Austin, the group specialized in mass torts, products liability, insurance law and asbestos litigation.
