As many of you know, I am a litigation paralegal and I just happen to be one of those paralegals who believes paper is essential. I would even go as far as to say I’m a bit of a pack rat. Well, all right, I’ll admit, I am a terrible pack rat, and the idea of a paperless office puts me into a bit of a panic.

There is a famous quote by William Pollard: “Without change there is no innovation, creativity or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable.”
