Federal law enforcement officials on Friday charged the Luzerne County clerk of courts with soliciting and accepting a bribe.
According to a criminal complaint filed in federal court, Robert F. Reilly demanded money for a series of transactions in 2007. He made those demands in his capacity as clerk of courts, according to the complaint. The transactions totaled more than $5,000.
