Lewis Wood Wetzel, of Dallas, Pa., is a partner at Wetzel Caverly Shea Phillips & Rodgers in Wilkes-Barre. Joseph Van Jura, of Kingston, Pa., serves as solicitor for the Hanover Area School District.
