In what some are calling an unprecedented move, DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary has created a nonprofit subsidiary devoted to long-term international pro bono projects.
New Perimeter, as the subsidiary is known, was launched as a Maryland nonprofit corporation last month with a projected promise of 13,000 pro bono hours in transnational work, valued at $5 million, excluding foreign travel expenses.
