Sterling Pride — the gay affinity group at Shearman & Sterling — has produced a five-minute video in which associates, partners and support staff share their experiences and messages of hope.

The video, which is available on YouTube, was spearheaded by Sterling Pride co-chairman and associate Alexandro Padrés, who struggled as child growing up in Mexico City because of his sexuality.
