Mary Huser is back at Bingham after a stint as head of IP litigation at eBay. Apparently there was some culture clash with the law firm vet and the tech company in house dept. However, she did a good job, notching quite a few IP wins for eBay. Her move follows that of ex-Apple GC Dan Cooperman who also went to Bingham.

SAN FRANCISCO — Mary Huser has some advice for law firm veterans thinking about going in house: Do it, but know that the hours are longer and you’ll never get to be in the courtroom again.
Huser, 46, returned to Bingham McCutchen this week after a two-year stint at eBay, where she headed IP and litigation.
