Bank of America Corporation‘s new chief executive, Brian Moynihan, announced his team of direct reports Tuesday and added a new face — the general counsel.

Under the previous CEO, general counsel Edward O’Keefe reported to the bank’s chief administrative officer. O’Keefe, formerly deputy general counsel, became interim general counsel in January 2009 and was named to the post permanently in August. But until now, he still didn’t report to the CEO.
