Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal announced Monday the hiring of two partners and one of counsel in the firm’s San Francisco office. All three come from the San Francisco offices of their respective firms.
Stafford Matthews, 56, a partner at Morrison & Foerster, will join Sonnenschein, also as a partner. His practice is focused on distribution, franchising and licensing transactions for technology and consumer product companies. He also handles development, licensing and transfer of patents in the United States and abroad. His clients come from the wine and beverage, electronics, computer, apparel and automotive industries.
