Hogan Lovells senior counsel Kevin J. Carey, a former bankruptcy judge in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, has died, the firm announced April 12.
Carey was known for his expertise on complex Chapter 11 issues, having presided over high-profile corporate bankruptcies during his 14 years on the District of Delaware bankruptcy court.
