The Legacy Companies of Weston, a longtime client of Novela Law in Miami, completed the purchase of three manufacturing firms, two domestic and one in China.
Legacy designs, manufactures and markets food service equipment, home appliances, kitchen tools and accessories. Its brands include Blakeslee commercial dishwashing machines, Kold-Draft ice makers, Excalibur food dehydration units, Omega juicers and more.
