Gotta Have It Golf Inc., a Miami memorabilia company that won a jury award against Tiger Woods, filed the final judgment in Palm Beach County where the pro golfer’s company is based.

The final judgment entered May 14 began with a jury award of $668,346. That ballooned to $1.22 million after Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Ronald Dresnick calculated interest.

Woods’ company, ETW Corp., is the defendant.

The case dates back 17 years to a dispute involving Woods’ refusal to sign as many autographs as he agreed to. The jury found ETW engaged in deceptive and unfair trade practices.

Miami appellate attorney Joel S. Perwin filed a notice of appeal on behalf of ETW with the Third District Court of Appeal on June 11.
