A federal judge in Miami dismissed a lawsuit involving a Florida construction company and its Curacao co-guarantors, who were accused of breaching an over $110 million loan agreement with Caterpillar Credito, on forum non-conveniens grounds.

Greenberg Traurig shareholders, Daniel Pulecio-Boek in Washington, D.C., Gabriel Aizenberg in Chicago, and Evelyn Cobos, and Francisco Sanchez in Miami, represented defendants, Venequip Machinery Sales Corp. and its co-guarantors.
