A Florida company claims it’s been shut out of the commercial space launch industry by the U.S. government, and has hired a Big Law firm in Miami to represent it in federal court.

Florida-based Launch On Demand LLC’s legal team is composed of lead counsel Francisco A. Rodriguez and Sandra J. Millor, and associates Ana R. Ulseth and Paul M. Goodrich of Reed Smith, a 1,540-attorney firm ranked 18th in the United States, according to the National Law Journal’s 2023 NLJ 500.
