A Florida federal judge said the taking of a photo in court was “one of the most egregious, reprehensible, disrespectful actions you could make against this court” and warned that a subsequent “precedent”-setting ruling could require “prison time.”

The photo, taken by attorney Jesse Stolow, appeared to show a plaintiffs lawyer speaking to a reporter, the judge said.
