Ford Motor Credit Co. sued Mega Oil Change LLC and Anthony Rodriguez on April 20 in Florida Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County alleging breach of contract. The court action, brought by Moody, Jones & Ingino, seeks to recover over $77,000 in principal plus accrued interest that the defendants owe the plaintiff from defaulting on a vehicle retail installment contract. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is Ford Motor Credit Company LLC v. Mega Oil Change LLC.
