Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod attorneys have secured a $4.6 million verdict in a construction defect case involving a mansion owned by a Bank of America executive.
Joy Spillis Lundeen, Felix Rodriguez and Michael Larmoyeux Jr. represented the plaintiffs, who had to ultimately rebuild their home due to alleged defects during construction from an out-of-state builder.
