Chinese trademark license holders are suing Sunbeam to prevent the Boca Raton-based company from ending a two-year agreement to place the well-known brand name on microwave ovens, refrigerators and other home appliances.

Blank Rome filed the lawsuit against Sunbeam Products Inc. in the Southern District of Florida, and the case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Raag Singhal in Fort Lauderdale.
