Attorney Michael Gnibus recently joined McCarter & English’s Stamford office as a partner in in the firm’s intellectual property group. He brings along a four-person team, including a special counsel, associate, patent agent and patent assistant.

Gnibus also brings more than 20 years of intellectual property experience, both in-house and at law firms, for global businesses, most recently as a partner in Armstrong Teasdale’s intellectual property practice. Previously, Gnibus was president and chief revenue officer at Clairvolex, a global IP asset management company. He also spent more than 15 years as director of the global patent operation for GE, managing the company’s extensive patent portfolio.
