Ethics cases before the Connecticut Superior Court in August left a major attorney takeaway: personal responsibilities do not waive professional duties.

Attorney Enrico Vaccaro faced presentment at the Superior Court after the Statewide Grievance Committee found he “engaged in misconduct” in violation of Rules 1.3, 1.4(a)(2), 1.4(a)(3) and 1.4(a)(4) of the Rules of Professional Conduct, according to the memorandum of decision.
