Finding a trial court erred in determining who was to blame for construction delays to the Dunkin’ Donuts baseball stadium, the Connecticut Supreme Court reversed a $335,000 judgment in favor of Hartford and remanded the case for a new trial.

There’s no dispute that the construction of the stadium for the Hartford minor legal baseball team, the Yard Goats, was not met by the May 17, 2016, deadline, but there was dispute between the city and the developers as to whose fault it was in Centerplan Construction v. City of Hartford.
