A 45-year-old law firm specializing in plaintiff-side employment law has hired two associates and a paralegal to keep up with a surge in demand, in part due to COVID-19, but also the result of a reexamination of workplace culture.

“We have been feeling happily inundated by the flow of potential clients to our office,” said Joshua Goodbaum, a partner with New Haven-based Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti.
