‘Nothing More Than Gross Carelessness’

In an Aug. 9 order from Hartford Superior Court, Glastonbury attorney Robert O. Wynne received two one-year suspensions, to be served concurrently, for misconduct related to IOLTA funds, and for misappropriating client funds and failing to keep accurate accounting records related to a medical malpractice case (Shirley H. Snow v. Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, HHDCV186091222S).
