September reports from the state Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel include three reprimands, one presentment and two suspensions for attorney violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
‘Nothing More Than Gross Carelessness’
In an Aug. 9 order from Hartford Superior Court, Glastonbury attorney Robert O. Wynne received two one-year suspensions, to be served concurrently, for misconduct related to IOLTA funds, and for misappropriating client funds and failing to keep accurate accounting records related to a medical malpractice case (Shirley H. Snow v. Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, HHDCV186091222S).
