A Foxwoods Resort Casino surveillance video showing several employees walking around or near spilled liquid inside the casino about 20 minutes before a Massachusetts dentist slipped and fell on it, injuring his right ankle, was the main reason the plaintiff was able to secure a seven-figure payout, according to plaintiff’s counsel.

That video made the case and was instrumental in former dentist Gary Goodman securing a $1,325,000 settlement, according to his attorney, James Harrington, a partner with Polito & Harrington in Waterford.
