It has been more than a year since the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic on March 11, 2020—and what a long year it has been! The closures of nonessential businesses, stay-at-home orders and other unknowns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic created new challenges and forced us to rethink the way we live, work and do business.

COVID-19 has forever changed our thinking about work, life and our health. At this point, there is a never-before-seen level of interest in self-care and well-being, and I hope this positive movement continues.
