Cesar Noble was a toddler when his family left Cuba in March 1960—14 months after Fidel Castro took power of his homeland.
Noble, who would later become a Connecticut attorney and Superior Court judge, has no memory of life in Cuba, but said his family’s experience there played a pivotal role in who he is today.
