Fox Corp. legal chief Viet Dinh, who has been widely criticized for his handling of the Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation lawsuit, this week blasted the judge who handled the case, saying his “illogical” rulings had “hamstrung” the company’s defense.

Dinh, a 1993 graduate of Harvard Law School, was the featured speaker at an hourlong event at the university on Monday. In his address, he never mentioned by name the judge who handled the case—Eric Davis of Delaware Superior Court—but said his handling of it undermined the “fairness and integrity of the legal system.”
