General Mills has snagged Ameriprise Financial’s general counsel, Karen Wilson Thissen, to fill that role at the Minneapolis-based consumer foods giant.
Thissen will succeed Richard Allendorf, who is retiring in August after more than two decades with the company, the last eight as GC.
