McGraw-Hill Financial Inc, parent company of Standard & Poor’s, has offered to acquire 22.2 percent of Crisil Limited, India’s largest bond rating agency, for $335 million. McGraw-Hill currently holds a major stake of 52.8 percent in Crisil and is hoping to increase its controlling stake to 75 percent.
