Relocating its New York office after 13 years in midtown, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr becomes the first Am Law 100 firm to land in lower Manhattan since the September 11, 2011, terrorist attacks drove many businesses out of the area. Meanwhile, Kaye Scholer and Akerman Senterfitt also lock up new space in New York, Cozen O'Connor lines up a new headquarters building in Philadelphia, and Morrison & Foerster makes a move in Los Angeles.
