Norton Rose Fulbright global CEO Gerry Pecht has retired from his leadership role and left the firm’s partnership, according to a Tuesday press release.

Pecht was due to serve as global CEO until 2024, Norton Rose confirmed when Pecht was appointed in 2020. Two Tuesday press releases did not discuss why Pecht stepped down early. The firm did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Pecht’s departure.
