In what is understood to be the first substantial move of a Big Law firm into the virtual world of the metaverse, Washington-headquartered Arent Fox has bought a digital plot of land and is opening a virtual office.

In an interview with The American Lawyer, firm chair Anthony Lupo said the firm chose to set up shop in the metaverse because that’s where its clients are moving.
