China’s Zhong Lun Law Firm has added a Hong Kong partner.
Victor Pang, who was most recently a Beijing-based counsel with Reed Smith, is joining Zhong Lun’s associate Hong Kong firm Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson. He will divide his time between Beijing and Hong Kong.
Pang advises Chinese companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, Hong Kong initial public offerings and corporate finance transactions.
He joined Reed Smith in 2012 from the former Herbert Smith, where he was a senior associate based in Beijing.
Zhong Lun formed its association with Boughton Peterson in 2011 and has about 40 lawyers in Hong Kong. Globally, the firm has about 800 lawyers in 10 offices.
