Canadian Mining Company Hires First General Counsel

A publicly traded mining development company on the Toronto Stock Exchange announced the hiring of its first general counsel Thursday.

Steve Boucratie was named vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Montreal-based Champion Iron.
