His practice includes representation of financially distressed companies and individual debtors, trustees, lenders, asset purchasers, landlords, creditors, and creditors' committees. Mr. Pronske is a past Chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the Federal Bar Association and past President of the Dallas Bankruptcy Bar Association. Additionally, he has been named in D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers in Dallas,” and holds the Texas Monthly designation of “Super Lawyer” and the U.S. News & World Report designation of “Best Lawyers.” Mr. Pronske is a frequent lecturer at bankruptcy seminars, usually on the topic of recent developments.
