Marcia Coyle, chief Washington correspondent at The National Law Journal, spoke with “PBS NewsHour” host Judy Woodruff on Tuesday about the U.S. Supreme Court’s blockbuster 5-4 decision upholding the Trump administration’s travel ban.

Justice Anthony Kennedy, writing in a concurrence in support of the majority, didn’t mention President Donald Trump by name, Coyle noted, but he did put a spotlight on Trump’s statements, the substance of which were in focus in the case Trump V. Hawaii.
