He wants the firm to be the leading law firm in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) by 2025. It is well on the way to being so.
Earlier this year, Al Tamimi came top in the Law.com International Middle East law firm rankings by headcount, boasting almost three times as many staffers as the firm placed second, Clyde & Co. DLA Piper, White & Case, and Allen & Overy rounded out the top five. Al Tamimi has 17 offices in the MENA region, and also has plans to roll out the machine in sub-Saharan Africa.
