Three major international law firms are to formalise their presences in Saudi Arabia under new rules that were originally expected to be introduced last year and set to revolutionise the legal sector in the Kingdom.
After being granted licences by the Saudi government, Latham & Watkins, Clifford Chance and Herbert Smith Freehills are all to set up new structures to take advantage of the growing demand in the Kingdom for top-notch international legal work.
