Religious groups in South Florida are increasingly getting discriminated against by municipalities using zoning laws to try to restrict the free practice of religion within their borders, a local attorney says.
As lawyer Franklin Zemel of Saul Ewing in Fort Lauderdale sees it, it’s a violation of the First Amendment.
