SAN FRANCISCO — Mark Fickes, a senior San Francisco Securities and Exchange Commission attorney, has decamped for a little-known startup trial boutique in the city.
Fickes joined BraunHagey as partner a week ago; he is the fifth attorney to come aboard since the firm opened in April 2009.
