A licensed massage therapist has filed a federal lawsuit against Madison Square Garden Entertainment’s top executive, James Dolan, accusing him of sexually assaulting her and orchestrating other sexual encounters with his friends, like former film producer and convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein.

The plaintiff, Kellye Croft, 38, who toured as a masseuse on an Eagles tour nearly a decade ago, claims that she met Dolan, who was the lead singer for an opening band, JD & The Straight Shot. Croft later learned Dolan had several business ventures with the Eagles management company, Azoff Music Management, and learned that Dolan may have been a significant funder for the tour, according to her complaint filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
