Katz Banks Kumin, a civil rights boutique known for its work representing victims of sexual harassment by Harvey Weinstein and others, is expanding to California via a merger.

The Washington, D.C.-based firm said on Friday it combined with fellow civil rights boutique Liu Peterson-Fisher and its three attorneys: partners Jennifer ‘Jen’ Liu, Rebecca ‘Becky’ Peterson-Fisher and associate Leah Kennedy.
