California’s housing crisis has created an unprecedented opportunity for housing developers.
For the next six to 12 months, developers can apply to develop housing projects in hundreds of cities across the state that have failed to comply with the state housing law, and those cities are legally required to approve them. This is known as the “Builder’s Remedy.”
