A federal judge has granted certification of a nationwide class of Juul Labs consumers, dealing a second blow in the past week for the maker of electronic cigarettes.

Tuesday’s ruling by U.S. District Judge William Orrick of the Northern District of California in San Francisco found that differences in the advertisements that individual class members saw or their “nicotine journey” did not overwhelm their common issues—namely, the allegedly deceptive marketing of Juul’s products.
