John Eastman says two Chapman University law students helped him represent Donald Trump in post-election legal challenges, comparing the work to other legal work he did related to the 2000 presidential election and a 2008 California ballot initiative.

Eastman also said he told the law school dean at the time, Matthew Parlow, of his post-election litigation for Trump, and he removed a reference to Chapman in the filing’s signature block at his request “given the contentiousness of the post-election litigation.”
