The former in-house attorney who was fired for participating in the assault on the Capitol on Jan. 6 is now representing a number of people and organizations seeking a new congressional and presidential election.

Paul Davis, now an attorney at Davis SoRelle in Frisco, Texas, is representing Blacks for Trump, Latinos for Trump and a number of individual plaintiffs identified only by their initials in a suit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
