Almost nine months after joining Winston & Strawn, intellectual property litigator Esha Bandyopadhyay is on the move again, with Fish & Richardson announcing Monday her hire as a partner in Silicon Valley.

At the time of her move to Winston & Strawn last September, Bandyopadhyay’s recruitment was hailed as part of an intentional wooing of women and minorities by Katherine “Kathi” Vidal, the newly installed leader of Winston & Strawn’s office in Menlo Park, California.
